How do you ensure the macarons stay fresh during shipping?

We use insulated packaging and cold packs for all shipments to maintain temperature. Each macaron is nestled in a custom-molded tray to prevent breakage during transit.

What is the shelf life of your macarons?

Our macarons are best enjoyed within 7 days of arrival if kept refrigerated. For the best flavor experience, please allow them to reach room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

All of our standard macarons are naturally gluten-free as they are made with almond flour. We also offer a specific line of vegan macarons made with aquafaba.

When will my order be shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Can I place a custom order for an event?

Yes, we specialize in custom colors and flavors for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our events team at least three weeks in advance for custom requests.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
