Hot Chocolate Melt - Chai Spiced Tin

Inspired by Tim's visit to Rajasthan for the finals of MasterChef. Tim spent time exploring the famous Jodhpur spice markets. One of the culinary challenges set was to prepare dessert for the Maharaja of Rajasthan. Tim prepared a rich chocolate mousse infused with the spices found in this chocolate mix. Prepared in an espresso sized quantity this beautifully blended chocolate and spice mix is the perfect end to a fine meal or a great way to warm up a cold evening.
